Put your knowledge to the test with this bundle that includes two Master Classes provided by Preferred Compliance Solutions that cover the Essentials and Advanced Concepts of the LIHTC program.  After 10 hours of on-demand courses you can take the HCCP exam, sponsored by NAHB of which Preferred Compliance Solutions is an official distributor.  This online, live proctored exam is a closed book 75 multiple choice question in which you have 2.5 hours.  The exam can be scheduled at a date and time of your choosing.  See below for more information on the HCCP exam.

Want to take the best of both worlds where you can learn at your own pace but still have access to ask questions?  Then this bundle is for you!  This provides you with access to two LIHTC Master classes going over Essentials and Advanced Concepts, access to the online, live proctored HCCP exam as well as a 1 hour live study session where you can go over problems and get further insight on concepts.  The 1 hour live study session is offered via Zoom or similar services and available during business hours.  Times can be secured at least 72 business hours in advance.
